Hi classmates! I chose psychology, my actual university career in the University of Chile, because of the curriculum design with approach to social science. In the third year I have to elect between a lot of course, with different perspectives about the contemporary psychology and alternative work fields. The last year, students were called to discuss about some changes in the future study curricular subjects, but I was not able to take part on discussion on content. But the big curriculum changes are not unique, because year to year I can see little modifications in some class, like psychology in the first year or epistemology. Apparently these subjects incorporated theoretical framework in relationship with specific social changes. For example, this year in the first year of psychology the teacher speak a lot about mental health and the history of this concept, to think about the last mobilization in FACSO.
The Faculty facilities are under construction until now. I don´t see too much changes because the new building is covered with walls, everything in wood trupan, but I think in next years the changes will be awesome, more spaces to share with classmates and even expect more green areas.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of problems with the finalization of the new infrastructure. For now we live with sounds of machines, beeps, peeps and whistles of different backhoes. When I study in the morning I feel every day the engines and is a part of my daily life, with the chirping of the dove in the windows. In the night I hear sometime the auger, like cutting my head to sleep.

I´m also waiting for the new arrangements to the faculty, I hope they are available soon, have a good week!
