Hi classmates! I chose psychology, my actual university career in the University of Chile, because of the curriculum design with approach to social science. In the third year I have to elect between a lot of course, with different perspectives about the contemporary psychology and alternative work fields. The last year, students were called to discuss about some changes in the future study curricular subjects, but I was not able to take part on discussion on content. But the big curriculum changes are not unique, because year to year I can see little modifications in some class, like psychology in the first year or epistemology. Apparently these subjects incorporated theoretical framework in relationship with specific social changes. For example, this year in the first year of psychology the teacher speak a lot about mental health and the history of this concept, to think about the last mobilization in FACSO.
The Faculty facilities are under construction until now. I don´t see too much changes because the new building is covered with walls, everything in wood trupan, but I think in next years the changes will be awesome, more spaces to share with classmates and even expect more green areas.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of problems with the finalization of the new infrastructure. For now we live with sounds of machines, beeps, peeps and whistles of different backhoes. When I study in the morning I feel every day the engines and is a part of my daily life, with the chirping of the dove in the windows. In the night I hear sometime the auger, like cutting my head to sleep.

Sense 8
Hi classmates! I don't see so much series because I don´t have too much time recently. But every week I intend to watch one chapter of Sense 8 on Netflix. Sense 8 was a series directed by the Wachowski's sisters about a new form of human being, called sensates. They are very special people who are interconnected in groups of eight persons, they share his intimate universe like a brainstorm of thoughts, feelings, and knowledge of eight humans being from different parts of the world.
I love too much Sense 8 because is a science fiction series and is not easy speak about so deeply regarding themes such love, about the importance of the recognition of ourselves in our differences and the fear in a world more and more singular with new forms of life.
Other important things to me, on a Tv show, is the musical soundtrack and in Sense 8 is very impressive how the lyrics, the atmosphere, and the situation of the series combine in very emotional scenes.
I very enjoy the science fiction series. Now I want to see the second season of The Oa, very different to Sense 8, but with a mysterious background about what is real in our daily life with travels into other dimension and stranges and very cool steps of a dance. I have only seen the trailer but it doesn´t see very well as the first season. I hope to be wrong.

POSTGRADUATE STUDIES
Hi classmates! I consider to study a postgraduate course in clinical psychology because I want to work in that field but and I´m also interested in investigations about aproach to art creating process. I know they are very different disciplinary fields, but I have these years before I finish my carrer to think about that with details.
I have study in stage performance and I wish learn especifically forms of investigation in art performance, to be part in interdisciplinary projects o like an investigator in contemporany escenic practice in Chile. There is a lots of work in art perfomance in Santiago, unfortunally never studied and with not register. It is true that there are no economic resources for this type of research, but this should be resolve in our country because I think that´s what´s been taking place in creatives works is very important to understand and think in new forms of collaborative works in our century.
If I think In one place to do my postgraduate studies, I think in Italy in the University of Bologna, because in that place there is a lot of research in art creative process. Besides, in the same country work one of the most intersting performance group to me, The Workcenter of Thomas Richards and Jerzy Grotowski. I have seen a couple of their works and I want to know much about them.

Hi classmates! I wish to work in the future in something about art and psychology. The near future is very uncertainty to me because of a lot of things like robotization, labor flexibility, and global warming. Now, I can´t imagine my future job, but I think that clinical attention in psychology will be very necessary for a better understanding. Maybe I will work in new jobs, such as psychology for artificial intelligence forms of life? Or something more creative like all these series of science fiction, with very sophisticated forms of social control... who knows the speed of the social changes.
About the salary, is very important to me the possibility to spend time and money in education like art class and books, or if the salary is not too much almost certainly I will prefer work with a lot of travels.
Although I'm young, if I think in my future job is inevitable think to be an old man. In the worst case maybe I will be a homeless working outdoors in a desertic landscape, collecting the plastic waste of the past (too much dystopically series in my mind).
Whatever the circumstances may be, I will always prefer to work not very mundane, with the possibility of big changes.

Hi Classmates! It's very hard for me to choose only one favorite movie because I love the cinema and there are a lot of movies very important to me. But when I think in particular experience with the cinema I remember the movie "Nowhere" by Gregg Araki. This is a very weird movie, a movie about the wish, about the self-recognition, and the first experiences about the love and death in a hilarious apocalyptic world.
Dark is the main character in the movie, a young man who doesn't understand his world and suffer because of this. Besides he is the only person who begins to see an extraterrestrial character who kidnaps their friends and nobody seems to care about it. The soundtrack of the movie is amazing with a selection of "shoegazing" rock band like Slowdive or Curve, this movie influenced a lot my musical preference until now.
I like weird movies like this because more than the stereotypical characters and history, the director can make a sensible junction of a lot of trash songs and images of the pop culture, to speak about the feelings of one generation of people with a lot of uncertainty.

Bob Dylan Concert.
Hi classmates! My first concert was many years ago, when Bob Dylan cames to Chile. He played his most famous themes like Mr. Tambourine Man and Hurricane in the Arena Santiago. I was at the concert with my friend Leonardo because I won two tickets in a radio competition. We met at the O'Higgins Park subway station and we bought a big bottle of wine. The same day was my first drunkenness and the people from the concert walked away from us. We were very happy dancing and jumping without our t-shirt and hearing the sound of the Dylan armónica.
When the concert finished, with Leonardo we started to walk. While we are walking near to the Persa Bio-Bio we spoke a lot about how Dylan doesn't say anything in all the concert, but we also talked about the beauty of his lyrics. That night we forget a lot of things because of the alcohol, that night we sang. In the morning I awake in my house with a cactus thorn in my left hand.
In the 2016 Dylan was the first songwriter to win the Nobel prize, in his speech he says: "Our songs are alive in the land of the living".

I want to know a lot of countries! But, I'm very interested in antique forms of theatre. For that reason, I wish to see a traditional performance of Noh Theatre in Japan. In that kind of art, you can see how the performers become a character in a special place on the left side of the scene. They walk slowly above a bridge and they embodied his characters. I know about that because I read a lot... but I never see! Another reason to go is for the possibility to study and take a class with a master of Noh Theatre, this art has a lot of years and they passed down through generation.
When I was a child, I had a lot of nightmares with strange creatures like Noh characters. I remember a little funny mask from my brother that calm my fear. Japan has a lot of mythological characters and history and in my childhood, I see many movies of the Studio Ghibli. I can let my fear thanks to those creatures in the animation, like in the Noh Theatre and Ghibli movies the bads are not really bad.
